We recommend making your reservation as early as possible, especially during busy seasons like holidays, spring/summer breaks, and conventions. Online reservations must be placed at least 48 hours in advance. Phone reservations should be made at least 7 days prior to your rental start date. Shorter lead times are subject to availability.

Yes! We offer a $20 non-refundable Damage Waiver that covers accidental damage for the duration of your rental — whether caused by you or someone else in the park.

Nope! Our scooters are designed for easy, user-friendly operation — no experience needed.
Most scooters will last all day, but battery life varies by rider weight, terrain, and scooter model. On average, expect 6 hours of run time.
Tip: Recharge periodically (20–30 min) during meals or breaks to extend usage.
Every scooter comes with a charger in a rear pouch. We recommend overnight charging in your hotel room after daily use.
Move your scooter under cover immediately — electrical components can fail if soaked. Scooters that get wet may stop working until fully dried.
Yes! Most Disney and local transportation is scooter-friendly and does not require disassembly.
Each scooter includes a key switch. Just remove the key (attached to a wristband) when not in use.
Call the 866 number on the unit — we'll try troubleshooting over the phone, and if needed, dispatch a replacement. Be sure to monitor the battery level during your visit and keep the unit dry.
For non-Disney hotels: Scooters are delivered by 8 AM on your rental start date (held at the bell desk). Return them by 9:30 AM the morning after your final rental day.
For Disney resorts: You can select your preferred delivery and pickup time during booking.
